Vaccine Information

A chart detailing all immunization requirements can be found here.

6^th grade students must receive a Tdap booster.
7^th grade students must receive 1 dose of the meningococcal vaccine.
12^th grade students must receive a 2^nd dose of the meningococcal vaccine unless the 1^st dose was given after the age of 16.

The Cattaraugus County Health Department can administer vaccines.
