New York State Immunization Requirements for 2024-2025

NY State Immunization requirements

 

 

 ATTENTION  2024 6th Grade students:

Must receive a booster immunization (Tdap) containing Tetanus toxoids, Diptheria, and acellular pertusis 

 

ATTENTION   2024 7th Grade students:

Must receive 1 dose of Meningococcal vaccine

 

ATTENTION   2024 12th Grade students:

Must have 2 doses of Meningococcal vaccine unless 1st dose was given on or after the age of 16.
